The Opportunity:

This is a newly created, hands-on role designed to help supercharge Dukes® Health’s marketing and creative output. As our Marketing & Design Assistant, you’ll play a key role in designing on-brand creative for our website, emails and social campaigns, while also supporting the execution of broader marketing initiatives across digital, retail and brand channels.

You’ll work on everything from campaign planning, content coordination and creative production, to email marketing setup, product launches and reporting.

This role is ideal for a creative, organised, and ambitious person who’s excited by ecommerce, design, and health.

Key Responsibilities:

Design high-quality, on-brand graphics for emails, website content, ads, and social campaigns.

Support the founder in delivering marketing initiatives across digital and retail channels.

Coordinate marketing activities including promotions, launches, and seasonal campaigns.

Assist with email marketing setup, testing, and reporting (training provided).

Learn to track and interpret marketing performance metrics and customer insights.

Skills & Experience:

Design skills in Figma (preferably), Canva, or Adobe Creative Suite.

A creative eye and attention to detail for layout, typography, and brand consistency.

Interest in marketing, ecommerce, and health & wellness.

Strong organisation and time management skills - comfortable juggling multiple projects.

Eager to learn tools like Klaviyo, Shopify, and analytics platforms (training provided).
