Cospaker Pneumatics has been delivering pneumatic systems, air compressors, pipe installations and industrial solutions since 1989. Over the years, we've built a strong reputation for quality, customer service, and innovation. As the business enters its next stage of growth, Cospaker Pneumatics is seeking a high-calibre hands-on Parts Manager to take charge of our parts business at the front desk. This is a key role in keeping projects and customers moving — from managing counter sales to ordering stock and coordinating deliveries for our pneumatic installation jobs.

What you’ll do

Be the first point of contact at our front desk, providing professional service to walk-in and phone customers

Manage the sale and supply of pneumatic parts, compressors and consumables

Source and order parts from suppliers, ensuring availability for service and installation needs

Coordinate deliveries and dispatch of parts in a timely manner

Maintain accurate records of stock levels, transactions, and customer accounts

Work closely with our service team to support workshop and small-scale installation projects

About you

Previous experience in a parts, trade counter, or front-of-house sales role (ideally working with compressors, pneumatics, or mechanical background highly regarded)

Strong organisational skills and attention to detail — you’ll keep parts, orders, and deliveries running smoothly

Mechanical knowledge or an interest in pneumatics/air systems is a big advantage

Excellent communication skills — professional, clear, and customer-focused

Computer literate and confident using systems/databases for orders and stock control

Current driver’s licence
