Senior Quality Engineer (QE)
We’re on the lookout for a Senior Quality Engineer to join our high-performing engineering team. You’ll play a key role in ensuring our enterprise applications meet the highest standards of reliability, scalability, and performance. Working closely with developers, product owners, and DevOps engineers, you’ll help embed quality into every stage of our software delivery process.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Define and implement test strategies and plans that align with project goals.
• Validate microservices, APIs, and cloud-native applications through functional, regression, and exploratory testing.
• Build and maintain automated test frameworks using tools like Selenium, Cucumber, JUnit, Rest Assured, and Karate.
• Conduct API testing (REST/SOAP) and performance testing using JMeter, capturing key metrics and insights.
• Work with both relational and non-relational databases for data validation and test automation.
• Manage the full defect lifecycle in JIRA, ensuring traceability from requirements to results.
• Integrate testing into CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions, Jenkins) to support continuous delivery.
• Collaborate within agile squads to drive a culture of quality, reliability, and automation-first thinking.

What You’ll Bring

• Solid background in manual and automated testing for large-scale systems.
• Experience designing and implementing test frameworks from scratch.
• Strong understanding of API testing and automation tools.
• Hands-on experience with CI/CD, GitHub, Jenkins, or similar.
• Working knowledge of AWS or other cloud environments.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a strong focus on collaboration and communication.

Bonus Skills

• Experience with Java / Spring Boot for test automation or API-level validation.
• Knowledge of API gateways (e.g., WSO2, Apigee, AWS API Gateway).
• Exposure to containerized environments (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Familiarity with security, accessibility, or compatibility testing.
• Understanding of Kafka and event-driven architectures.
• Background in airline, travel, or large-scale transactional platforms.
