The Role

We’re seeking a seasoned Level 2/3 Technician ready to step into a leadership role and drive technical excellence across our client base. You’ll be responsible for resolving complex issues, mentoring junior staff, and leading high-impact projects such as:

Microsoft 365 migrations

Server Installations and Upgrades

Network Deployments and Firewall Configurations

Cybersecurity Audits, Incident Response & Business Continuity Management

Microsoft 365 Management & Administration

Phone System Quoting & Installing

IT Policy and Process Development

You’ll work both remotely and onsite, with flexibility for occasional work-from-home days. Occasional travel to remote sites will be required and compensated for accordingly.

Key Responsibilities

Provide advanced IT support and troubleshooting (remote and onsite)

Lead deployments of desktops, laptops, networking gear, and phone systems

Configure and maintain Windows Server environments and virtualization platforms

Deploy and manage Cisco Meraki, Sophos, and Unifi infrastructure

Monitor and respond to cybersecurity events and backup alerts

Mentor Helpdesk staff and oversee process adherence

Communicate clearly with clients and internal teams

Contribute to internal documentation and IT policy development

About You

We’re looking for someone with:

4+ years’ experience in IT support, systems administration, or MSP environments

Strong customer service and communication skills

Proven experience with technologies such as Azure, Active Directory, Microsoft 365, Hyper-V, VMware, Datto, Sentinel One, SQL Server, Cisco Meraki, Sophos

Relevant Tertiary Education in Information Technology is preferred.

Relevant certifications such as Microsoft, ITIL, CompTIA, Cert III/IV in IT

A proactive mindset and commitment to continuous learning

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

A valid driver’s license and willingness to travel locally and remotely on occasion.
