You will be assessed on your ability to demonstrate the following:
- Demonstrated relevant knowledge skill and expertise, at a minimum, obtained through tertiary education, but increasing commensurate with experience.
- Demonstrated ability to undertake diagnostic testing, developing the ability to undertake more complex tasks with clinical experience.
- Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively as a team member under the direction of more senior practitioners, producing an effective work output and quality.
- Demonstrated interpersonal skills, client focus and ability to communicate effectively.
- Demonstrated knowledge of, and ability to comply with organisational policies and procedures, and assist the laboratory to comply with all relevant legislative, administrative, and professional standards including meeting NATA / ISO / TGA accreditation / certification requirements.
