About SK Business Coaching

At SK Business Coaching, I’m not about one-size-fits-all “motivational fluff.” I work side by side with tradespeople and builders to help them build the profitable, sustainable businesses of their dreams.

With rapid growth and a reputation for results, I’m now on the hunt for an experienced Business Coach to join the team. If you’ve already coached business owners (and if it’s in trades/construction, even better), this is your chance to make a big impact in a niche that truly needs it.

Why This Role is Different

This isn’t about just talking theory. You’ll own your own client portfolio, working 1:1 with business owners who need real clarity, direction, and accountability. Your coaching will have an immediate and visible impact — better systems, stronger numbers, less stress, and more profit in the bank.

You’ll also have the flexibility to deliver sessions remotely on your terms, and the autonomy to bring your own coaching style while using proven frameworks that work.

What You’ll Be Doing

Deliver fortnightly 1:1 coaching sessions with tradies & builders

Analyse numbers, systems, and performance to give practical, no-fluff advice

Hold clients accountable and help them stay on track when it matters most

Build long-lasting, trust-based relationships with your client portfolio

Contribute ideas and improvements to our coaching tools & frameworks

About You

Proven experience as a Business Coach (or consultant/advisor role)

Strong financial acumen — you’re confident talking P&L, margins, and strategy

Ideally, exposure to trades, construction, or service-based businesses

Great communicator — able to inspire and challenge clients while keeping them accountable

A natural problem solver who thrives on clarity, direction, and results

Full-time permanent role with an immediate start

Salary range of $90k – $110k (pending experience) + uncapped commissions
