With a busy pipeline of projects across Canberra and surrounding regions, they continue to expand and are now seeking an experienced Foreman / Project Manager looking to take the next step in their commercial plumbing career

The Role
Reporting directly to the Managing Director, you’ll take ownership of end to end delivery across multiple commercial plumbing projects. This is a hands on leadership role, overseeing field operations while providing input into estimating, project management, and client coordination.

Responsibilities

• Overseeing site operations, ensuring projects are delivered safely, efficiently and within budget
• Managing workflow, people, compliance, and safety across multiple sites
• Coordinating estimating and tender submissions with management support
• Leading communication between field staff, management, and clients
• Implementing and improving operational systems and processes
• Conducting regular site inspections and ensuring WHS compliance

About You

• A licensed plumber with strong commercial hydraulic experience
• Experience as a Project Manager, Foreman or Construction Manager
• Strong understanding of estimating, scheduling and cost management
• Excellent leadership and communication skills
• A proactive, solutions-focused mindset
