Role

Whitebridge Contracts is seeking experienced and capable drainage professionals to join our growing team for ongoing projects across the Perth metro and Pilbara regions. These full-time, on-site roles suit individuals who can confidently take ownership of drainage works from planning through to completion. You’ll oversee day-to-day operations, supervise crews, coordinate plant and materials, and ensure compliance with WHS and environmental requirements. Hands-on experience and the ability to lead by example will be highly valued.

Key Responsibilities

· Lead and coordinate drainage works across civil and infrastructure projects.

· Read and interpret plans, drainage drawings and specifications.

· Manage labour, plant and subcontract resources to meet project schedules.

· Monitor site activities to maintain WHS and environmental compliance.

· Liaise with contractors and clients to ensure specifications and timelines are achieved.

· Manage plant operators and site resources; ability to operate machinery (excavators, trenchers, tippers) is advantageous but not essential.

Skills & Qualifications

· Proven experience in drainage and civil construction, including supervision of small teams.

· Strong ability to interpret drawings and work independently to program.

· Sound understanding of WHS and environmental compliance in civil works.

· Excellent communication, leadership and problem-solving skills.

· Current White Card and relevant plant operation tickets/VOCs, where required.

· Highly regarded: confined space, working at heights and first aid.

· Must be reliable, proactive and take pride in quality workmanship.
