What would your day look like?

• Responding to customer order requests with professionalism and efficiency
• Processing transactions and enquiries
• Handling refund eligibility
• Tracking and updating customers on order status
• Escalating any complaints
• Monitoring customer feedback

What do we need?

• A strong communicator with great problem solving skills
• A multitasker
