About the role
Managed Waste Service, a leading provider of waste management services, is seeking a motivated and customer-focused Customer Service Officer to join our team in Pitt Town, NSW. As a full-time member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional service and support to our valued clients.
What you'll be doing
Handling inbound customer calls and enquiries with professionalism
Providing accurate information and guidance on our waste management services
Logging and resolving customer complaints and issues in a timely manner
Updating customer accounts and maintaining detailed records
Contributing to the continuous improvement of our customer service processes
Collaborating with other teams to ensure a seamless customer experience
What we're looking for
Proven customer service experience
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise with customers from diverse backgrounds
Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills to handle complex inquiries
Proficiency in using customer relationship management (CRM) systems and other relevant software
A commitment to providing exceptional customer service and a genuine desire to help others
Knowledge of the waste management industry or a willingness to learn
