The Role

Convert pre-qualified inbound calls with real estate agent leads into clients through consultative sales calls via zoom and phone calls. You're a business advisor, not a pushy salesperson.

You will also engage in follow up with prospects that didn't close on the initial meeting to maximise overall pipeline conversion.

Key Responsibilities:
• 2-4 sales calls daily with warm, qualified prospects
• Present our proven system with clear ROI demonstration
• Achieve 30%+ close rate with qualified leads and follow up consistently on overall pipeline

Requirements:
• 2+ years high-ticket B2B sales experience ($5K-$25K+ deals)
• 25%+ proven close rates
• Phone/Zoom closing expertise
• Available AU/NZ business hours
• Self-motivated contractor mindset

•Real Estate Sales Experience is highly regarded but not essential
