About the Role

As an Apple & Samsung Device Technician, you’ll report directly to the Store Manager and become the go-to expert for repairing and restoring the most in-demand devices in the world.

But this role is more than just tools and repairs – you’ll engage customers, uncover their needs, and deliver tailored solutions that genuinely improve their tech lives. You’ll be trained in sales, negotiation, and customer experience so you can build long-term relationships and grow your own client base – all while being backed by our proven systems and a team that wants to see you succeed.

You’ll also have a say in shaping what we do next – from innovating service offerings to contributing ideas that impact the future of the business.

What We’re Looking For

Technical experience: At least 1 year repairing phone or tablet hardware (Apple & Samsung preferred). PC repair experience a bonus but not essential.

Sales mindset: Previous sales experience is desirable, but if you’re passionate and driven, we’ll train you.

Reliability: Solid job tenure and a track record of being dependable.

Problem solver: Ability to diagnose and fix issues on time and on budget.

Team player: Can work both independently and collaboratively.

People skills: Strong communicator who can build trust and relationships.

Growth attitude: Committed to continual learning, improvement, and achievement.
