Your new role

In this exciting role, you will be:

• Providing IT support across hardware, software, and basic networking.
  
• Deploying, configuring, and troubleshooting PCs, laptops, monitors, printers, and scanners.
  
• Managing assets, stock, and equipment for site visits.
  
• Supporting client onboarding, relocations, and scheduled upgrades.
  
• Maintaining accurate documentation and escalating complex issues when required.
  
  
  
  

What you'll need to succeed

To be successful in your application, you will need:

• Prior experience in deploying hardware and providing IT support onsite.
  
• Strong organisational and time management skills.
  
• Hands-on experience with Windows OS, Microsoft 365, and Active Directory.
  
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work independently on client sites.
  
• Prior experience working in an MSP is highly regarded.
  
• A current driver's licence and access to a reliable vehicle (essential).
