Pay: $45 - $55 per hour (Full-Time)

Split Solutions is a growing company with multiple carpentry and building projects across Brisbane and the Gold Coast. We are looking for a skilled and qualified carpenter to join our dynamic team. If you have a strong ability to read and understand plans, work collaboratively with managers and builders, and take pride in delivering high-quality work, we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:

Reading and understanding plans to execute projects efficiently.

Collaborating with project managers, builders, and other team members to meet deadlines and ensure quality.

Constructing and all stages of carpentry works, as well as custom carpentry.

Ensuring compliance with safety standards and building codes.

Maintaining an organized, safe, and clean worksite.

Providing excellent communication and customer service when interacting with clients.

Requirements:

Proven experience as a carpenter with the ability to read and interpret plans.

Strong carpentry skills.

Ability to work well with a variety of people, including managers, builders, and clients.

Reliable, with a strong work ethic and attention to detail.

Ability to work independently or as part of a team.

Valid driver’s license and reliable transport.

Reliable tools.
