To be successful you must have the following:

• Tertiary qualifications in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management or similar (or equivalent experience)
• Proven track record as a Contracts Administrator in the construction industry
• Strong knowledge of contract law, scopes of work, progress claims and variations
• Excellent communication, negotiation and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to work independently and manage shifting priorities effectively
• A proactive and solutions-focused mindset
