We’re growing and looking for a full-time Air Conditioning Installer / Team Leader to join our friendly, no-nonsense team. At Mouritz, you’ll enjoy coming to work, feel supported, and take pride in delivering high-quality installations to WA families.

What you’ll be doing:

Lead and manage an installation team.

Install ducted air conditioning systems in existing residential homes.

Ensure high standards of workmanship, safety, and customer satisfaction.

Maintain a fully equipped vehicle, tools, and a tidy worksite.

Provide on-site guidance and support to junior installers or trainee assistants.

What you’ll bring:

Previous experience installing domestic evaporative and reverse-cycle ducted systems.

Certificate III in Refrigeration & Air Conditioning preferred but not essential.

Ability to work in restrictive spaces (from 1.2m).

Strong communication and customer service skills.

Career-minded, reliable, honest, and motivated.

Current “C” class manual driver’s licence and unrestricted Australian work rights.

What we offer:

Full-time permanent role, $75,000–$85,000 starting salary plus potential profit share.
