Position Overview:

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Team Leader to oversee all HVAC - Ducted, Wall Split and VRF/VRV installation projects.

The successful candidate will work on site with and manage a team of installers, refrigeration technicians & electricians to ensure timely project completion and handover, maintaining high standards of quality and safety, in this hands-on role.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and supervise an Installation team - HVAC / refrigeration / electrical

Coordinate each project and ensure adherence to deadlines and quality requirements

Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations

Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues on-site

Liaise with clients and suppliers as needed

Maintain accurate project documentation

Train and mentor team members

Key Skill Requirements

Ability to:

cut, run & weld copper pipework

run condensate drains

install sheet metal duct and fit of air diffusion to a high standard

read architectural and mechanical drawings

install all types of air conditioning equipment

Lead, train and manage a Team

Qualifications:

Proven experience in HVAC, air conditioning and refrigeration installations

Strong leadership and team management skills

Excellent problem-solving abilities

Knowledge of safety standards and regulations in HVAC industry

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Possession of Certificate III or II Refrigeration and ARC Licence preferred but not essential

Possession of Electrical Certificates and Licences desirable but not essential
