Refrigeration & Air Conditioning Technician

Our team are dedicated to ensuring the comfort and satisfaction of our residential and commercial clients. With an ever increasing client base and workload, we are looking for a full time refrigeration mechanic to join the team.

As a fridgey at West Coast Air, you will be responsible for the repairs, servicing and installation of domestic and commercial air conditioning systems. This full-time role offers competitive remuneration and the opportunity to work for an established and trusted local business. Daily work duties comprise of:

Accurately diagnosing faults and repairing split systems, ducted reverse cycle units and evaporative coolers.

Installing new split and ducted reverse cycle systems.

Replacing existing split, ducted reverse cycle and evap cooler ac units.

Service and maintenance of all brands of domestic and commercial air con units.

Liaising with customers on site and using Service M8 job management software.

Qualifications required:

Certificate III – Refrigeration and air conditioning trade qualification FRIDGEY!

ARC Refrigerant Handling License and EW licence.

WA manual drivers’ licence.

White Card.

Skills and attributes of our ideal candidate:

Physically fit to work outside, in and on roofs in through the summer.

Honest, reliable and takes pride in their work.

Show initiative, work competently alone and in a team.

MUST BE AN AUSTRALIAN RESIDENT and ideally living south of the river.
