🔍 Who We're Looking For – Sales Associate:

Minimum 2 years of real estate experience

Solid knowledge of sales, project marketing, and admin

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

A proactive team player with a strong work ethic

Proficient in real estate software and CRM systems

Able to thrive in a fast-paced, high-performance environment

🎯 Role Responsibilities:

Cold calling and client nurturing

Booking and managing seller appointments

Handling leads, databases, and pipelines

Conducting property inspections and open homes

Completing market appraisals and sales negotiations

Delivering an exceptional customer experience
