Position Title: Sales Consultant
Location: The Link, Ginninderry’s Sales, Community and Information Centre
Position Type: Full Time (38hrs per week)
Hours of work: Between 8.30 am and 5.00 pm, Saturday – Wednesday (weekend hours may vary)

The Opportunity
Ginninderry is seeking a seasoned Sales Consultant to join us in inspiring a new way of living.
Ginninderry contributes to the ACT Government’s Indicative Land Release Program, with 550 dwellings forecast for release over the coming 12 months and approximately 1,800 dwellings between now and December 2030 inclusive (subject to approvals).
About You
Reporting to the Head of Sales, Marketing and Communications and working alongside another Sales Consultant, Sales and Marketing Coordinator, Marketing and Communications Manager, Development Director and the wider Ginninderry Project Team, you will be responsible for selling land and homes that Ginninderry takes to market over the next 25 – 30 years. With relevant qualifications to practice in the ACT and NSW, you will bring at least five years of experience in the residential real estate industry, with a preference for specific expertise in master-planned community development.
You will have the ability and desire to consider alternative and innovative approaches to delivering outcomes while upholding exceptional customer service and always showcasing a proactive willingness to take “the extra step”.
Ultimately, you will be a custodian of the Ginninderry brand and personify the Project’s vision by developing and maintaining strong customer relationships by handling enquiries in a way that leaves a lasting positive impact.
Other Key Responsibilities
Proactively seek out and follow up on assigned sales leads.
Obtain customer insights and provide reporting to the business to assist with strategic planning.
Maintain high levels of competitor knowledge, regular site visits and reporting back insights to the business.
Establish and maintain strong relationships with local Builders.
Ensure response times and callbacks are conducted per the requirements of the Realty Operations Manual.
Adhere to professional standards for personal presentation, including wearing of sales uniform as per requirements of the Realty Operations Manual.
Prepare and execute contract documentation diligently and accurately, aligning with industry best practices.
Sales reporting, including weekly reports, monthly board meetings and annual business planning.
Maintain a strong focus on sales office and site presentation.
Participate in a “team-based approach” with all other areas of the Project to achieve shared objectives.
Remuneration
The remuneration package includes a retainer, commission and performance bonus. OTE is approximately $200,000.
