These properties serve thousands of travelers annually, offering unique outback hospitality experiences from accommodation and dining to fuel services and retail.
About the Job
We are seeking an experienced Assistant Management Couple to join this great team! In this role, you will be working hands on in the daily operations ensuring customers receive exceptional service and the team members feel valued and supported.
You will work closely with the management teams across various sites to enhance the customers’ experiences and promote a positive work environment. Your combined skills will be instrumental in navigating the unique challenges that come with managing multiple remote sites, as you both engage with staff and customers.
This role involves working across all properties supporting existing managers, covering annual leave at different sites, doing relief assignments etc. The successful candidates will be based at one of the company’s South Australian properties when not undertaking relief assignments.
This is a very hands-on role (all-rounder-type role with managerial responsibilities) working across all areas of the properties and various locations.
Package:
$82,500 Salary + Super (per person – $165,000 combined Salary)

Skills & Experience:
Previous hospitality management experience required
Strong leadership and communication abilities
Multi-skilled across kitchen, retail and accommodation operations
Financial management including till balancing and stock control
Flexibility for remote living and rotating assignments
Additional Information:
Mostly only Telstra coverage available on sites
Candidates need to be able to handle living and working in remote locations.
