About the role
McKillop Insurance Brokers is looking for an Assistant Account Executive to join our team in Launceston, Tasmania. This is a full-time role supporting one of our experienced Account Executives.

What you'll be doing

Prepare and process renewal documentation, policy amendments, and other client correspondence

Lodge and process claims providing regular updates to clients and the Account Executive

Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records and account information

Serve as a primary contact for day-to-day client inquiries and requests

Collaborating with the team, demonstrating the principle that Together Everyone Achieves More

Provide exceptional customer service, building positive and productive relationships

What we're looking for

ANZIIF Tier 2 accreditation

Experience in a broking, financial services or similar role

Excellent communication skills with the ability to liaise confidently with clients at all levels

Strong attention to detail, accuracy and the ability to manage time effectively in a busy environment

Ability to use initiative, be results driven and motivated by a genuine desire to achieve the best outcomes for McKillops and our valued clients

Experience with Sunrise/Insurer Portals and MS Office
