What will you be doing
This Assistant Manager role is perfect for an experienced retailer ready to manage operations in a high-performing store. You will support the Store Manager to deliver exceptional results while creating an energised and motivated team environment. Responsibilities include:

Leading, coaching, and motivating a team to consistently achieve KPIs and sales targets.

Overseeing daily operations, including stock management, merchandising, and visual presentation.

Supporting recruitment, onboarding, and ongoing staff development.

Driving a high standard of customer experience and engagement.

Assisting with roster management and ensuring operational excellence across shifts.

Who are you
You are a results-driven retail professional with experience in fast-paced, high-volume environments. You thrive under pressure, lead by example, and are passionate about developing a strong team culture. The ideal candidate will have:

Previous experience managing comparable team sizes in high-volume retail.

Strong operational, stock, and visual merchandising experience.

Exceptional leadership and people management skills.

Ability to work on a rotating roster and drive performance across busy trading periods.
