I'm currently working with a national Tier 1 builder who is seeking a Junior HSE Advisor to join their team on a landmark $300M+ project in Brisbane.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with on-site safety inspections, audits, and compliance monitoring
• Support the implementation and maintenance of HSEQ systems and procedures
• Conduct site inductions and toolbox talks
• Promote and reinforce a positive safety culture across site teams and subcontractors
• Assist with incident reporting and investigations
• Provide day-to-day support to the Senior Safety Advisor and Site Management team

What We're Looking For

• 1–3 years' experience in a WHS or Safety Advisor role (construction preferred)
• Certificate IV in Work Health & Safety (essential)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• A proactive, hands-on approach and willingness to learn
• Immediate or short-notice availability highly desirable
