The Opportunity An exciting opportunity exists for a Junior Manager to step into a leadership role within a dynamic and forward-thinking team. This role offers a unique mix of traditional accounting and hands-on business advisory, with exposure to a wide range of industries and client challenges.
You’ll work closely with senior leaders and a passionate team, helping clients scale, optimise operations, and improve financial outcomes.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Managing accounting and compliance services for a client portfolio
• Delivering insights and advice to drive profitability, cash flow, and business value
• Leading and mentoring junior team members
• Building strong client relationships
• Identifying opportunities for growth and process improvements

About You You're a driven and proactive professional with a passion for helping businesses succeed. You bring both technical expertise and strong interpersonal skills, and you're ready to step up into a role with more responsibility and impact.

To be successful in this role, you’ll need:

• CA/CPA qualification (or near completion)
• 4+ years experience in public practice
• Experience or strong interest in business advisory
• Excellent communication and client management skills
• Confidence using cloud accounting tools (e.g. Xero)
• A forward-thinking, energetic mindset
