About the role

Hybrid Maintenance is seeking a skilled Maintenance Carpenter to join our team in Perth, WA. As a full-time Maintenance Carpenter, you will be responsible for completing a variety of carpentry tasks to ensure the smooth running and maintenance of our client properties. This hands-on role is crucial in supporting our mission to provide exceptional property maintenance services.

What you'll be doing

Carry out general carpentry repairs and maintenance, including fixing doors, windows, floors, walls and general building works

Perform preventive maintenance inspections and address any issues in a timely manner

Read and interpret blueprints, drawings and work orders to complete tasks accurately

Ability to work as part of a team on minor works projects

Assist with the installation of new fixtures, fittings and other building materials

Collaborate with the wider maintenance team to ensure a coordinated approach to property upkeep

Maintain detailed records of all work completed and materials used

Adhere to all relevant health and safety regulations

What we're looking for

Proven experience as a Maintenance Carpenter or similar hands-on construction role

Strong knowledge of building principles, techniques and tools

Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, drawings and work orders

Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills

Strong attention to detail and commitment to high-quality workmanship

Flexible and adaptable approach to handle a variety of tasks

A valid driver's license
