Casual Retail Sales Assistant - Nextra Bribie Island

We are looking for a motivated, customer service focused Retail Sale Assistant to join our team. Previous experience in retail sales/newsagency an advantage but not essential.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide excellent customer service and product knowledge eg The Lott - Golden Casket product knowledge (training provided)

Assist customers with purchases, upselling and cross-selling

Maintain store presentation, including merchandising and stock replenishment

Operate the point-of-sale (POS) system accurately and efficiently

Work with the team to meet store targets and manage workflow

Must be 18 years or older to apply for this position

What We Are Looking For:

Must be available to work weekdays, weekends and for shifts spanning between 7.30am to 7.30pm

Willing to work and support the team to achieve store targets

Customer focus with an approachable manner, strong communication is key in this highly public role

Experience using a point-of-sale (POS) system but definitely not essential

Attention to detail with flair for merchandising and presentation would be an advantage
