About the Role
We are seeking a Senior Digital Account Manager to join our growing team, with the role COMMENCING IN JANUARY 2026. In this role, you'll manage a portfolio of high-value builder and construction clients, leading strategy, overseeing campaign budgets, and driving measurable growth. You'll serve as a leader within the agency, responsible for cultivating strong client relationships, mentoring junior team members, and pitching for new work to contribute directly to business growth.
Candidates must have current Australian work authorisation at the time of application.
This position requires a strategic thinker with a deep understanding of paid media and commercial acumen. You'll have in-depth knowledge of Meta and Google Ads, a clear understanding of what drives campaign success, and the ability to translate performance data into actionable recommendations. You'll also bring a keen eye for effective creative, knowing how to guide our creative team to produce assets that not only look great but also perform.
You'll also play a key role in new business development, pitching to prospective clients and shaping proposals that win work.
Key Responsibilities
Serve as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of clients, managing relationships and overseeing campaign budgets with accuracy and strategic foresight.
Develop and lead multi-channel digital strategies with a focus on Meta and Google Ads performance.
Set campaign parameters, oversee optimisation, and ensure alignment with client objectives and ROI targets.
Translate performance data into clear, actionable insights through reports, presentations, and WIPs.
Guide and evaluate creative execution to ensure advertising assets are effective, brand-aligned, and results-driven.
Drive new business opportunities by leading pitches, developing compelling proposals, and onboarding new clients.
Manage and allocate budgets with accuracy, accountability, and strategic foresight.
Collaborate with internal teams (performance, creative, content, SEO) to deliver seamless campaign outcomes.
Mentor junior account managers and contribute to developing agency best practice.
Skills & Experience
5+ years' experience in Digital Account Management or similar senior client-facing role.
In-depth knowledge of Meta and Google Ads, including strategy, optimisation levers, and performance measurement.
Strong understanding of campaign parameters that drive success (audience, bidding, placements, etc.).
Deep understanding of effective creative in advertising and how it impacts performance.
Proven ability to develop and execute cross-channel digital strategies.
Strong experience in pitching and winning new business.
Excellent communication and account management skills, able to simplify complex digital strategies for clients.
Proficient in analytics and reporting platforms (Google Analytics, Agency Analytics, etc.).
Advanced Google Analytics analysis experience is required for data-driven decision making.
Experience managing large budgets and delivering ROI.
Must have experience managing budgets of £50,000+ monthly.
Industry experience in building/construction/property is desirable but not essential.
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, or a related field
Demonstrable experience in leadership and staff development.
