We're searching for an experienced, client-focussed Digital Marketing Manager to join our growing agency team here in Newcastle.

About the role
The Digital Marketing Manager role involves managing and executing client digital marketing strategies, ensuring seamless project delivery, and driving measurable results, while fostering strong client relationships and contributing to team growth and innovation.
Here's an overview of what this role involves:
Develop and nurture client relationships within your assigned portfolio - becoming embedded in their businesses to understand their goals and deliver tailored solutions.
Build strong, collaborative relationships with internal team members and client stakeholders, ensuring smooth communication, clear task delegation and effective execution.
Take, understand and establish requirements of briefs, providing strategic input where appropriate.
Help develop, execute and oversee client strategies and campaigns, taking responsibility for delivering measurable results.
Lead marketing & creative projects - ensuring deliverables are completed effectively, on time, and within budget.
Maintain client service of a quality consistent with agency and industry standards.
Maintain and grow your assigned portfolio and recurring book of revenue, whilst minimising the loss of clients where possible.
Collaborate with teammates and contribute your time, skills and knowledge towards the improvement of systems, policies and processes.
