We are looking for an outgoing Team Support and Office Assistant, who has a genuine talent Customer Service.
This role involves managing access to all the properties our Staging Teams need to access every day, general administration such as preparing quotes and making bookings, and general customer service and reception duties.

You will report to the BDM/Account Manager and Directors. Team support includes any assistance required from the BDM, Management Team and Lead Stylists. This position is quite an autonomous role, based in our office in Knoxfield.
You are a person who can manage their time well, has amazing phone manner, loves customer service and enjoys being part of a fun and busy team.
Additional minor office/warehouse duties will be part of this position, such as receipt of supplier deliveries into our warehouse.
This role does not involve any heavy lifting, but you would need to able to be able to move the delivered stock, so it is an expectation of reasonable fitness to carry out the role.
Your role will include:
Key Wrangling - you are responsible for arranging access to each property for our busy Home Staging Teams
General Administration Duties - preparing written quotes, making sure all email correspondence is answered and actioned in a timely manner.
Accounts Receivable - Invoicing and following up with a friendly reminder call to our wonderful clients.
Reception - Your phone manner is amazing.
Customer Service - you're friendly and outgoing and generally enjoy speaking to people.
Assist in nurturing our invaluable relationships with Real Estate Agents via the phone/email.
Data entry (MYOB - training provided but experience preferred!)
Upkeep of records
Social Media - talent for tiktok/insta working with Lead stylist
Assisting with customer enquiries
Liaising with our teams when they are on the road to notify them/Vendors in a timely manner of any changes or information they need.
Preferable Experience
Exceptional interpersonal skills and phone manner
Administration experience
Clear communication skills
Knowledge of MS Office software and MYOB an advantage
Social Media Management
Junior / school-leavers also encouraged to apply - all training provided!
Must have valid Drivers License. (you may be required to drive to collect keys etc)
You will need to be self-motivated and autonomous, as there may be a significant time you will be in the office on your own.
We'll provide full on the job training in our systems for the successful applicant so they can feel confident liaising with our very important clients and agents.
