Due to our rapid growth and continued success, our Springwood/Capalaba Service Centre requires a customer focused professional who thrives on exceeding sales targets, can problem solve and continually go the extra mile.

Full training will be provided for the successful candidate, along with ongoing coaching and development.

The Role:

· Full-time - Monday to Friday

· Assisting customers with advice and pricing for domestic and international shipments

· Packing, invoicing & consigning parcels & freight, from small parcels to large artworks and heavyweight freight

· Local Pick-ups and local deliveries in the PACK & SEND vehicle

· Tracking and tracing consignments and resolving delivery issues

· Completing various administrative tasks within an agreed time frame to ensure the smooth running of the Retail Service Centre

To be successful in this role you must have:

· A valid and current driver’s license

· Exceptional customer relations skills with demonstrated success in this area

· Confidence and competence in using point of sale computer programs and MS Office

· Excellent communication skills - verbal and written

· Strong selling and conversion skills

· A unique ability for quick thinking, problem solving and organizing

· Physical fitness with a positive, vibrant & high-spirited approach

· A success and results driven attitude
