About the role

Full time – 1 month contract with a possibility of extension

Great location in Heidelberg, VIC

Dynamic, inclusive work environment

Key Roles & Responsibilities

· Accurately input and maintain client data in internal systems.

· Streamline data management processes to improve efficiency.

· Collect and enter client information, including consent forms and service agreements.

· Assist in creating and formatting compliance documents.

· Maintain confidentiality of sensitive data.

· Collaborate with other teams to ensure data accuracy.

Required Skills, Knowledge & Experience

· Proven experience as a Registered Nurse (RN) or Enrolled Nurse (EN), with a focus on accurate data entry of assessments and care plans.

· Experience in the Aged Care sector is a plus.

· Previous experience in data entry, administration, or a similar role.

· High attention to detail and accuracy.

· Strong organizational and time management skills.

· Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and cloud-based systems.

· Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
