A full-time APS3 Data Support Officer is required until June 2026 to support a Federal Government project.

A well-established federal government department based in Melbourne CBD is seeking a detail-oriented Data Entry Officer to support a key initiative running through to mid-2026.

Your new role

You'll be responsible for a range of data entry and administrative tasks including:

• Creating and amending user access in Salesforce and Siebel
  
• Updating organisation and outlet information
  
• Cross-checking data between spreadsheets and systems
  
• Allocating funding packages for aged care services
  
• Maintaining accurate records and preparing correspondence
  
• Liaising with client service channels on individual record issues
  

What you'll need to succeed

To be successful, you'll need:

• Strong attention to detail and data accuracy
  
• Experience with CRM systems (Salesforce/Siebel preferred)
  
• Excellent organisational and communication skills
  
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
  
• Baseline Security Clearance (mandatory)
