Our client is proud to be one of Australia's leading commercial solar and renewable energy providers. As they enter a key delivery phase, they are seeking an experienced Project Coordinator to support the Project Manager in ensuring the successful execution of multiple commercial solar installations.

The Role

Reporting directly to the Project Manager, you'll play a hands-on role in coordinating the day-to-day activities across 8-10 concurrent solar and battery installation projects. This is a delivery-focused role, ideal for someone with a construction or infrastructure project coordination background who thrives in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support the Project Manager with the delivery of multiple large-scale commercial solar projects
• Coordinate suppliers, subcontractors, and delivery schedules across multiple sites
• Assist with ordering materials and inputting data into stock and procurement systems
• Track and manage project timelines, milestones, and documentation
• Drive accountability with contractors and internal teams to ensure key deadlines are met
• Provide general project support including reporting, administration, and coordination between site and office

Your Profile

• Proven experience in construction, civil, or infrastructure project coordination (solar, energy, commercial building, or transport projects ideal)
• Strong understanding of project delivery phases, scheduling, and stakeholder coordination
• Excellent attention to detail, organisation, and communication skills
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and general project documentation tools
• Confident liaising with multiple stakeholders - suppliers, site teams, and management
• Available to commence immediately and commit for the duration of the 3-4 month contract
