What We’re Looking For

You don’t need to come with sales experience — we’ll train you. What matters is:

A natural people person with genuine customer service skills.

Ambitious, reliable, and eager to learn.

Positive “can-do” attitude and strong work ethic.

Excellent communication and listening skills.

Passion for cars and helping customers find the right one.

Current manual driver’s licence.

(Previous experience in retail, hospitality, or customer service will be highly regarded.)

What’s on Offer

Base salary aligned with the Sales Cadet Award (approx. $52,000–$55,000).

Opportunity to earn commissions once competency is achieved, with realistic long-term OTE potential of $80,000–$130,000 as experience develops.
