ABOUT THE ROLE:
As part of the Tony White Group, Mornington MG and Hyundai is seeking an enthusiastic and reliable Vehicle Sales Consultant to help us maintain the high standards our clients know and trust. Working alongside our established sales team, this role will involve creating and nurturing long-term customer relationships within an organisation that strives to deliver exceptional customer service and consistently exceed KPI targets year on year.
ROLE OVERVIEW:
We are seeking an experienced, motivated and enthusiastic Salesperson to join our dynamic team. As a vital member of our sales department, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional customer experiences and fostering long-term relationships with our clients. If you are passionate about cars, excel in sales, and possess outstanding interpersonal skills, this is the perfect opportunity for you to thrive in a rewarding career.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Excited about promoting and demonstrating the extensive and innovative ranges from MG and Hyundai to our valued customers.
Maximise sales opportunities with access to the latest and most innovative sales support systems and tools.
Passionate about providing awesome Customer Service throughout the sales and delivery process.
Professional in your attention to detail, and the ability to follow process.
Available to work based on operating hours Mon-Sat with a rotational RDO weekly.
Proficient level in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel and Outlook.
REQUIREMENTS:
Minimum 1 year of sales experience, preferably in automotive sales.
You are consistently a top-performing salesperson.

You have excellent attention to detail.

Strong work ethic and reliability.
Valid driver’s licence (manual licence preferred).
Time management skills and Initiative are highly regarded.
Previous experience in a volume automotive franchise would be an advantage.
