What you'll be doing

Engage with customers to understand their automotive needs and preferences

Provide informative and compelling product presentations to showcase the features and benefits of new vehicles

Negotiate sales terms and close deals while delivering an outstanding customer service experience

Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and sales activities

Collaborate with the broader sales team to achieve individual and team sales targets

Assist with inventory management and identify opportunities to enhance vehicle availability

Continuously expand your product knowledge to become a trusted automotive expert

What we're looking for

Previous experience in sales, within the automotive industry

Strong customer service orientation and the ability to build rapport with a diverse client base

Excellent communication and negotiation skills with a focus on delivering positive outcomes

A driven, self-motivated approach with the ability to work autonomously and as part of a team

Strong attention to detail and the ability to multitask effectively

A passion for the automotive industry and a commitment to staying up-to-date with market trends
