THE ROLE

• We are seeking a five star travel consultant to come and join a well established agency

• Business is booming and with a high repeat and referral client base, you will sell a wide range of international destinations, cruises, tours and more

• You'll love having time to focus on your clients and create memorable and tailored itineraries

• Serve as the dedicated point of contact for your VIP clients; handling bookings end-to-end, from the initial point of contact through to post-travel customer engagement

• Enhance customer satisfaction by tailoring travel packages to individual preferences and needs

• Work cohesively within a lively/dynamic close-knit team

• Promote the company's brand through participation in networking events, attracting new clients and fostering loyalty among existing customers

WHAT YOU'LL NEED TO SUCCEED

• Minimum of 2+ years' leisure travel consulting experience

• Strong airfare knowledge and GDS skills

• Exceptional customer service skills

• Confident and engaging communicator

• Able to foster enduring customer relationships, cultivating loyalty and trust

• Strong luxury travel market knowledge

• Be willing to work in an office environment
