This is a hybrid/work from home role resolving inbound customer enquiries, requiring booking amendments or emergency travel assistance mainly out of business hours.

THE ROLE

Resolve inbound enquiries from existing corporate clients, via phone and email

Quote and issue new airfare tickets, calculate & reissue air tickets for changes

Provide an exceptional client experience by adhering to SLAs

24/7 rotating roster; Mon - Fri & Saturday/Sunday (alternate weekends)

Main hours of operation are 4:00pm - 10:00am

WHAT YOU'LL NEED TO SUCCEED

Extensive GDS knowledge; Sabre is essential

Previous retail or corporate travel consulting experience

Passionate and service-orientated approach

Proven track record in a customer service role

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Flexibility to work a rotating roster

Exceptional attention to detail
