We're looking for an experienced Travel Reservations Consultant to join a vibrant, high-performing team in the heart of Sydney CBD. In this role, you'll be the first point of contact for clients, helping them plan and book enriching journeys while providing exceptional service every step of the way.

✨ What You'll Be Doing

• Respond to client enquiries via phone and email with enthusiasm and professionalism
• Process bookings and payments, plus assist with flights, hotels, insurance, and more
• Provide proactive, personalised service to make each client journey seamless
• Manage feedback and resolve issues with care
• Promote newly released tours and experiences to loyal and new clients

✨ What We're Looking For

• Proven experience as a Travel Consultant (essential)
• GDS proficiency - Sabre / Amadeus preferred
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Sharp attention to detail and organisational ability
• Energetic, client-first mindset with a passion for delivering excellence
