THE ROLE

This well-respected and highly reputable tour company is known for their expertise in designing and operating special interest cultural and arts tours, domestically and internationally.

This dream role will see you assisting excited travellers with their pre- and post-tour travel arrangements including flights, accommodation, travel insurance and visas.

Be the first point of contact and deliver a 5-star service to eager travellers, ensuring a personalised and exclusive experience.

This position offers a variety of work and will see you:

· Promptly respond to incoming client enquiries

· Engage with interested travellers to promote new tours

· Send out new tour brochures via email or post

· Process tour bookings and pre- and post-tour travel arrangements

· Act on feedback to continuously enhance service quality

WHAT YOU WILL NEED TO SUCCEED

Previous retail travel consulting experience

Strong Sabre GDS skills

An appreciation of the arts

Outstanding communication skills

Genuine drive to provide exceptional customer service

Attention to detail and organisational skills
