Workfast is looking for a Depot Coordinator to join our team in Townsville.

The role will involve managing terminal operations for receiving, storing, blending, and dispatching cement to customers. You will oversee plant maintenance, manage safe operations, maintain site housekeeping, and coordinate contractors to ensure all activities meet quality, safety, and production requirements.

Monday – Friday / Sunday - Thursday Rosters
Salary: $49.50 + penalty rates

Candidates must be reliable, safety-focused, hardworking, and experienced in cement storage and distribution. This is a full-time position with opportunities for overtime.

What You Need:

5+ years in cement storage/distribution

Experience with dusty/dry product transfer

Mechanical aptitude and process improvement skills

Knowledge of WHS legislation and safety compliance

Basic SAP skills, Microsoft Excel, Lotus Notes, TIS

Leadership and people management experience

Ability to work across different geographical regions

Ability to plan and manage shift rosters

Strong communication and coordination skills

Experience supervising contractors and managing maintenance tasks
