Coordinator – Outside School Hours Care (OSHC)
Location: Beechmont State School – Mountain Mates OSHC
Employment type: Casual (with potential to become Permanent Part-Time from February 2026)

Beechmont State School’s Mountain Mates OSHC is looking for an energetic, caring, and organised Coordinator to join our small, friendly team.

If you love working with children aged 5–12, enjoy creating fun and engaging programs, and can bring flexibility and reliability to the role, we’d love to hear from you.

About the Role

Hours:

Before School: 6:30am – 8:30am (Mon–Fri)

After School: 2:30pm – 6:30pm (Mon–Fri)

Vacation Care: 7:00am – 1:00pm or 1:00pm – 6:30pm

Start: Casual basis with allocated shifts while you train and settle in

Future: Potential to move into a permanent part-time role in Feb 2026

Flexibility: Ability to work at short notice for emergency cover highly regarded

What We’re Looking For

Diploma in Children’s Services (or equivalent)

Current Blue Card for Working with Children (or willingness to obtain)

Current Education First Aid certificate (or willingness to obtain)

Experience running an OSHC program and knowledge of My Time, Our Place and the National Quality Framework

Strong communication and teamwork skills
