About the business and the role
Macquarie Group Services has been providing products and services to the accounting, legal and financial planning professions and industry likes, since 1999.
We are looking for a full time staff member to join our team. Our office is an easy going and friendly environment.
Job tasks and responsibilities
General office admin duties
Answering phones
Replying to email enquiries
Producing documents for clients
Skills and experience
Ideally, some experience in general office administration is preferred but not essential. You should be professionally presented, well-spoken, have an excellent telephone manner and all round communication skills. Also, you should have an eye for detail, be computer literate (either Windows or MacOS) and Social Media literate.
All training will be provided.
Please note that only candidates with Business level English (written and spoken), valid work rights (Permanent Resident / Citizen) and who match the selection criteria will be shortlisted and contacted.
Job benefits and perks
Our office is located in Westfield Sydney City close to public transport.
9:00am to 5:00pm
Salary Package $60,000 p.a. plus super
