FHR alongside our client based in Girraween are looking for an enthusiastic and driven Supervisor to join their established and thriving team.

With over 50 years of experience, our client is a trusted manufacturer of high-quality windows and doors. Their wide range of designs and materials helps builders and homeowners create homes that reflect their unique style and lifestyle.

This is a full time hands-on leadership role overseeing a team of medum sized team of 10-15 staff in the assembly department.

What's on offer:

• $30.67 per hour + Team Leader hourly allowance of additional $4+ per hour
  
• Day shift Monday to Friday, no work on the weekends
  
• Mon-Thurs: 6:00am - 2:30pm
  
• Fri: 6:00am - 12:00pm
  
  
  

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and supervise assembly/production staff
  
• Drive efficiency through LEAN manufacturing practices
  
• Ensure quality, safety, and productivity targets are achieved
  
• Maintain a safe, clean, and compliant work environment for all staff
  
• Provide coaching, feedback, and address performance issues where required
  

About You:

• Previous Team Leader, Supervisor, or Leading Hand experience (highly desirable)
  
• Background in assembly, production, or manufacturing (highly desirable)
  
• Strong people management and organisational skills
  
• Proven commitment to workplace health and safety
  
• Comfortable with conflict resolution and performance management essential
  
• Ability to motivate and lead a team by example
