About the Role
We’re on the lookout for a hands-on, highly organised Warehouse Supervisor to lead our warehouse operations in our Tuggerah branch. This is a key leadership role responsible for overseeing the movement of goods in and out of the warehouse, managing stock control systems, and ensuring efficient order fulfilment.

From managing inventory and ensuring delivery schedules are met, to mentoring staff and driving process improvements — this role is suited to someone with a strong warehouse operations background, excellent attention to detail, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee the operation of the warehouse, including receiving, inventory management, order picking/packing, and dispatch

Build & lead a small team of warehouse staff, including the assembly team — providing coaching, mentoring, performance reviews, and training

Conduct and oversee periodic stock takes, investigate variances, and maintain accurate records

Manage safe and efficient packing and loading of deliveries, ensuring correct procedures and documentation

Uphold high safety standards across all warehouse and forklift operations in all conditions

Maintain warehouse and yard cleanliness, stock rotation, and inventory flow

Collaborate with the Inventory Control teams to address discrepancies or supply issues

Who we’re looking for:

Proven warehousing experience – Ideally in construction or trade supply.

A current Forklift Licence – Essential for this role.

A Truck Licence (MR/HR) – Great to have, but not a must.

Hands-on leadership – Able to lead by example, roll up your sleeves, and get involved in day-to-day warehouse tasks.

Physically fit – Comfortable with manual handling in a busy warehouse, including lifting and moving heavy items.

Positive and proactive – Strong communication skills, a can-do attitude, and the confidence to take ownership and run the warehouse with minimal supervision.

Full Australian working rights and a valid driver’s licence – Sponsorship will not be offered for this role.
