Senior Manager - NDIS

Location: Perth, Hybrid role

Salary: Circa $120K + Car + Phone + Laptop

Are you a driven and hands-on leader with a passion for excellence in the disability and community services sector? Our client, a rapidly growing and values-driven NDIS provider, is seeking a Disability Services Manager to lead a high-performing team and drive strategic growth across the business.

About the Role

This is a dynamic, fast-paced leadership opportunity where no two days are the same. You will take charge of day-to-day operations, lead and mentor staff, and play a key role in driving service quality, innovation, and business growth.

This role combines office-based work with regular travel to meet with clients, staff, and stakeholders in the field.

Key Responsibilities

· Lead and manage a busy team delivering NDIS and community services

· Drive operational excellence and continuous improvement

· Develop and execute growth strategies aligned with business goals

· Ensure compliance with NDIS standards and legislative requirements

· Build strong relationships with participants, families, and partners

· Monitor performance, budgets, and KPIs

· Report directly to the Managing Director and support strategic decision-making

About You

· Proven experience in a leadership role within NDIS, disability, or community services

· Strong business acumen and a strategic mindset

· Passion for quality service delivery and client outcomes

· Hands-on leader who leads by example

· Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, growing environment

· Full driver’s licence (essential)
