Iconic Bakery Baker Bleu are looking for a casual Barista to join the team at our Double Bay store.

We are thrilled to have opened our newest location and we're now hiring multiple casual positions as we grow our front of house team.

We offer our signature range of sourdough loaves, along with a focus on our pastries, sandwiches, sourdough pizzas as well as some exciting new additions to the range.

About you
We're looking for skilled baristas that can help maintain our high coffee standards, while being able to work at a fast pace while under pressure. We offer the usual range of drinks, with some other specialty lines including matcha and chai.

You'll need to be a great communicator, work well under pressure, as well as being tidy and efficient.

Baker Bleu started as a small bakery in 2016, creating ethical and delicious sourdough bread for Melbourne to enjoy.

Since then, Baker Bleu has grown significantly, expanding to multiple locations across 2 states. We're proud to bring back the joys of real bread using the ancient techniques of long fermentation sourdough.

We produce a diverse range of sourdough breads, as well as bagels, pastries, sourdough pizza, sandwiches and more - our offering is constantly growing and evolving.
