About the role

Farmer's Bakehouse in Dubbo, NSW is seeking a Barista & Customer Service Associate to join our team on a casual basis. This role is essential in providing a great customer experience and ensuring the smooth running of our busy café. As a Barista & Customer Service Associate, you will be responsible for preparing high-quality coffee beverages and providing friendly, attentive service to our customers.

What you'll be doing

Preparing and serving a range of coffee and specialty drinks to customers

Providing excellent customer service and ensuring a positive dining experience

Maintaining a clean and well-organised work area

Assisting with general café duties as required

Ensure tasks are completed accurately by following manager instructions at all times.

What we're looking for

Previous experience for at least 2 years as a barista or in a customer service role, preferably in a café or hospitality environment is must

Excellent coffee-making skills and knowledge of various coffee styles

Strong customer service orientation and the ability to provide a friendly, welcoming atmosphere

Attention to detail and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Flexible and adaptable, with the ability to work a range of shifts including weekends
