Accounts Payable Officer
Salary: $70k + super
Hours: 12 month FTC
Location: CBD (2 days working from home)

ABOUT THE ROLE:

This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys working within a team. Your primary focus will be processing high volumes of supplier invoices while ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and compliance with internal controls. You'll also play a part in maintaining supplier records and supporting the team with day-to-day accounts payable tasks.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

High volume processing of supplier invoices

Accurate management and archiving of financial documents

Assist with creating and updating supplier records

Liaise effectively with internal departments to resolve discrepancies

Ensure all charges are processed in a timely manner

Perform supplier reconciliations

Collaborate closely with the wider Accounts Payable team

YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:

Previous experience in an Accounts Payable role

Strong data entry skills and high attention to detail

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Comfortable working with high volumes and tight deadlines

Exposure to warehousing or supply chain environments is a bonus

Experience with accounting softwares
